End of the Naught is our next group show, opening Friday, December 4 and featuring works by Leon Loucheur, Martin Hsu, Micah Lebrun, Skriblz, and Telopa. These five artists will exhibit their recent explorations in painting as we complete one decade and enter the next. Please join us for the opening reception from 7-10PM.

fabric8 galleries and residence soiree

Please join us at fabric8 this Thursday, November 19, 4-9PM for a tad to drink, a bit to eat, and a closer look at the Tri-Product art show featuring Brett Amory, Adam Caldwell, and David Choong Lee (now also online) plus the debut of our Gallery Residence. Cocktails will be served up by Sweet Leaf Tea. Start the holiday season right by being out and about on a school night.

tabi tabi po


This Friday, November 13 from 7-10:30PM, 1AM Gallery and guest curator James "gaNyan" Garcia (Heavy Hitterz) present the opening "Tabi Tabi Po", a group art show about Filipino folklore creatures by contemporary Filipino artists. Co-sponsored by fabric8, Pablo Gallery (Manila), KULARTS, and Bindlestiff Studio, this month-long exhibition's roster features painters, illustrators, and artisans from the US, Philippines, and Norway.

Check the cultural vibes from Ciriaco Sayoc, Andre Sibayan, gaNyan, GEM, Marikina, Peabe, Isabel Roxas, Stuter, Pancho Abalos, Dyno Angry Woebots, and more. There will also be a Bindlestiff Studio puppet show on December 5, and regular screenings of the "Tabi Tabi Po" documentary. A percentage of the art sales will be donated to the victims of typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng through BAYAN Philippines and BALSA (Bayanihan Para Sa Sambayanan). Mabuhay!
